Services include notarized documents for finance, refinance and witness only closings; special fees for same day and holiday services. As a New Jersey Notary with special expertise in notarizing loan document signings, special care is given to documents. Work is done as an independent contractor to real estate lenders, a title or escrow firms that are closing agents, or other a signing services. Loan documents are delivered to and signed by a borrower, then notarized as necessary and returned for processing in a timely manner. |
